“When they say you’re Broken…”

BY: RiRi, Certified Professional Life Coach

Let’s get one thing straight:
You are not broken.
You are not too emotional, too much, or too late.
You are not the problem.

What you are is a whole person who has been surviving in a world that often refuses to honor your brilliance, your boundaries, or your birthright to joy.

As a life coach, I don’t come into your life to fix you. I come to help you free yourself. Free your thoughts. Free your voice. Free your goals from the grip of fear and perfectionism.

Most of the folks I work with are already powerful. They’re leading households, careers, and communities—but still feel like they’re carrying invisible weights. That’s what unprocessed trauma does. It whispers lies in your ear, making you question your worth, your decisions, and your desires.

But here’s the truth I want you to hold tight today:
You deserve to take up space in your own damn life.
Not just to show up for others—but to finally show up for you.

When I coach a client, we don’t just talk—we shift.
We peel back the layers of performance and get real about what’s been holding you back. Then we build action steps that align with your values, your pace, and your healing.

Whether we’re working through a confidence block, setting boundaries, or mapping out a new vision for your future, my job is to guide you back to the version of you that existed before the world told her to shrink.

You know the one.
She laughed loudly.
She dreamed boldly.
She said yes to herself without guilt.
She’s still there. And I can help you reach her.
