Welcome to RiRi and GiGi, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or related content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services
RiRi and GiGi, LLC provides coaching and therapy services to support mental wellness and growth. Our offerings include:

  • Therapy (licensed professionals)

  • Coaching (certified life coaches)

  • Workshops, retreats, and group sessions

  • Educational content via podcasts, blogs, and social media

Therapy and coaching are separate services. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Not use the Services for unlawful purposes

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services is due in advance. Refunds are issued under these conditions:

  • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of a session

  • 50% refund for cancellations before the first session after cancellation of a package

  • Prorated refund if canceled after one or more sessions, carried over to the next package

  • No refunds once 50% of a package is used

4. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. Therapy services follow HIPAA and ethical guidelines, while coaching adheres to ICF standards. Confidentiality may be broken if:

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

5. Use of Website and Content

All website content (text, graphics, videos, etc.) is owned by RiRi and GiGi, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission. Using our Services for fraudulent or illegal activities is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

6. Disclaimers and Liability
Outcomes from therapy and coaching depend on individual effort. We do not guarantee results. We are not responsible for technical issues or losses caused by external factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiRi andGiGi, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Services.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies.

8. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior

  • Violates these Terms

  • Fails to make required payments

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
